Sonder Energy conducts an initial assessment of your land and the power and fiber infrastructure near your property.

Once a purchase agreement or lease is in place, Sonder Energy will begin project development, permitting and design. During this four to six year phase, you maintain full control and use of your land while earning additional income from Sonder Energy.

Once constructed, the data center will operate for approximately 20-30 years storing, processing, and delivering digital information and services.

NEW JOBS Hundreds of people are required to build a data center. In addition, the local economy will benefit from the increased spending at local restaurants, stores, and hotels. Once the data center is operating, there are permanent skilled positions in operations and maintenance across multiple disciplines for the life of the project.
